Dosent connect
I used the connection once and now it won't connect again. Is someone going to fix this
Will not connect to device
Just got it and it worked briefly then it stopped registering my pressure and marked me as zero for everything. Did I just waste $150 like everyone is saying?
Will not pair
this thing never work. it never connect. wasting time and effort. please stop marketing this product you're just cheating people by selling this thing.
just bought this tonight and I've spent an hour trying to get Bluetooth to connect and it hasn't been successful once. $150 and it doesnt work as advertised. Its going back. What a waste of time/money.
As numerous people have already said, the app won't connect your device to Bluetooth after the first time. it is very clearly a problem on their end; when i first mentioned the issue to customer service, they sent me a new device. Same problem.
